Welcome to Elabe’s Holistic Healing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website elabetherapy.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational Use Only
The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, mental health, medical, or professional advice.
Accessing this Site does not create a therapist–client relationship.
Therapy services are only provided once a client has booked through our secure third-party practice management platform, Owl Practice, and completed intake procedures.
2. Services Offered
Elabe’s Holistic Healing provides online therapy services to individuals and couples located in Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Services are delivered virtually and are not available outside Ontario.
3. Not for Emergencies
This Site and our services are not appropriate for crisis or emergency situations.
If you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
For mental health crises in Ontario, you may also contact your local crisis line or Talk Suicide Canada at 1-833-456-4566.
4. Use of Owl Practice (Third-Party Platform)
We use Owl Practice, a third-party practice management software, for booking appointments, processing payments, and handling Personal Health Information (PHI).
By booking or paying for services, you agree to Owl Practice’s own terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of Owl Practice.
5. Contact Form and Communications
Our website includes a contact form for general inquiries only.
Do not submit sensitive or personal health information through the contact form.
Messages submitted through the Site are not encrypted or confidential. For your privacy, any PHI should only be shared through Owl Practice.
6. Age Restrictions
Therapy services are provided only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Anyone may access this Site for informational purposes, but only eligible clients may book services.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, logos, graphics, and other content on this Site are the property of Elabe’s Holistic Healing unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from reliance on the information provided on this Site.
We make no warranties that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
